Wendy Zaucha

Wendy joined the Community Initiative's Board of Directors in 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in quality assurance, audit, and donor management within the bio-services and medical transplant sectors. Her professional background has honed her skills in maintaining high compliance and quality control standards.

Beyond her career, Wendy is deeply committed to supporting charitable and non-profit organizations. Since 2005, she has actively participated in various youth programs and community initiatives, serving on advisory boards for organizations such as Word of Life Lutheran Church, Glendale Assembly IORG, and Cub Scout Pack 98. These roles have allowed her to help young individuals grow while building a strong sense of community.

As a mother of a Past State President and Past State Youth Relations Coordinator for DeMolay in Arizona, Wendy remains actively involved with DeMolay, including as a member of her local Chapter Advisory Board, mentoring young men and guiding them in leadership development. Her dedication to her profession and community highlights her passion for making a positive impact.
